40 DAYS PRAYER & FASTING – JANUARY 2 TO FEBRUARY 11, 2024

Saturday, January 13, 2024 by Joseph Agbi Leave a Comment

WEEK THREE JANUARY 14 – JANUARY 20, 2024 Text Proverbs 3:1-35; Isaiah 53:1-12

HEALING AND DIVINE HEALTH

1 Peter 2:21-25 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth: Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously: Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls!

  1. Read Isaiah 53 slowly. Thank Him for His finished work on the cross for you and your family. Thank Him for salvation, deliverance, healing, etc. (Isa 53:1-12).
  2. Bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me. I bless your holy name. My soul, remember and never forget all of God’s benefit (Ps 68:19; 103:1-5).
  3. Every symptom of sickness in my body, I flush you out by the blood of Jesus. Be burnt to the root and to ashes by the Fire of the Holy Ghost.
  4. Touch me with your healing hands, Oh Lord. Great Physician diagnoses and heal me by your fire.
  5. Every strange voice speaking to my mind, be silenced and flee. Holy Spirit, possess my body, soul, and spirit. I tune my ear to hear the voice of God always, not the enemy’s voice.
  6. Lord, we stay in your presence. Let your glorious light shine on our paths and our ways.
  7. Lord, do your open-heart surgery in me and plant your wisdom and love in my heart.
  8. Prosper my soul. Grant me good health and true prosperity without sorrow (Prov. 10:22).
  9. Lord, we enjoy your divine health. Let your instantaneous and gradual healing be ours.
  10. Holy Spirit, you raised Lazarus from the dead. Fill me with new life, strength & power. Let your resurrection power cover me and burn the grave clothes that bound me. I am free, I am free! Praise God, I am alive (John 11:1-46; 1 Cor. 15:1-58)!!!
  11. My body, you are the temple of the living God. Sickness and disease, you have no permission to pollute my system. Every evil spirit peddling illness, evacuate now.
  12. Lord, I want to dwell in your holy hill continuously. I will not follow the ways of the wicked which leads to destruction and death (Prov. 3:27-30; Ps 15:1-5).
  13. Lord Jesus, it was impossible for sickness to be in you during your earthly ministry. Fill me body, soul, and spirit with your immunizing power.
  14. I receive divine protection. Satisfy me with good health and long life (2 Peter 2:24; Exod. 23:22-26; Deut. 7:15).
  15. Holy Spirit, bring understanding to my thought process. Plant your word in my heart and mind. Open my heart to receive your word with gladness (Acts 2:41-47; Prov. 3:1-10).
  16. Correct every area where I have been stubborn to your will. Guide me with your wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Make me creative in all my undertakings (Prov. 3:11-26).
  17. Lord, open my ears to hearken to your voice diligently. Open my eyes to see the natural therapies you have provided for my healing (Gen. 1:29; John 12:24; Exod. 15:22-27).
  18. Destroy every satanic attack against your health and wealth by the blood of Jesus. Reject every spirit of failure, poverty and loss. Take hold on the promises of God and arise from every spirit of death targeted against you. Ask for a full recovery of your situation (Job Chapters 1, 2, 41 and 42; Acts 27:21; 28:1-10).
  19. Thank God He cares for you as the Shepherd and Bishop of your soul (1 Peter 2:25).
  20. Worship God in the Spirit for fifteen to twenty minutes. Journal what He tells you!

CLOSE YOUR FASTING EACH DAY AND EACH WEEK WITH THE FOLLOWING CONFESSION:

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength, and my Redeemer.

Rev. 12:11, Amplified And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.

Jeremiah 1:10 See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to tear down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.

WEEK TWO        Praise Worship           Text:  Colossians 3:1-17;    Philippians 2:1-18

Genesis 1:26-31 Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.” So, God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; and to every animal of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that  moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food;” and it was so. And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was exceptionally good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

TRANSFORMED INTO HIS IMAGE AND LIKENESS

  1. Lord thank you for making me in your image and likeness like Christ was (Gen. 1:26-27).
  2. I rejoice greatly that I am made in your image and likeness. I carry your identity (Gen. 1:26).
  3. Lord, as the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily in Christ. So, it is in me. I am complete in you. Nothing shall diminish this image in me (Col. 2:9-10a).
  4. I am created in Christ Jesus unto good works. I shall walk in my new nature (Eph. 2:10).
  5. You gave me dominion and authority. I use them in Christ (Gen. 1:28-31; Mark 16:15-18).
  6. I live the life of the first Adam before the Fall. I emulate Christ. I am victorious in all things.
  7. You blessed mankind to be fruitful and multiply. I will be fruitful and multiply (Gen. 1:28).
  8. As you said, fill and subdue the earth. Let this be in my life and lineage (Gen. 1:28).
  9. Thank you for giving me dominion over all living animals and plants. They will be food for me, and I will eat them to your glory. Nothing I consume will harm me (Gen. 1:29-30).
  10. I groan; prepare me body, soul, and spirit to be full of your life and vitality (2 Cor. 5:1-10).
  11. Fashion your image in me. I bear your earthly image and shall have your heavenly image. Let me be a carbon-copy of your earthly image (1 Cor. 15:45-50).
  12. I mortify my body. I seek the things above. Mold me to Jesus’ image (Col. 3:1-10).
  13. Thank you for circumcising my heart, for baptism, and spiritual renewal. Let your light overshadow all traces of darkness in me (Ezek. 36:26-27; Matt. 5:14-16; Col. 2:11-13).
  14. Remove the veil in my heart and let your words dominate my thought life (2 Cor. 3:1-16).
  15. I behold your glory. Transform me into your image daily by your Spirit (2 Cor. 3:17-18).
  16. Breathe of God fill my soul. Sanctify and preserve my spirit, soul, and body. Make me fully ready for your Second Coming (Gen. 2:1-7; 2 Cor. 5:10; 1 Thess. 5:23).
  17. Lord, revive me spirit, soul, and body. Let your fire fall on me, and your zeal consume me.
  18. Lord, I am your temple and your house of glory. Radiate your beauty in me (Ps. 27:4).
  19. Lord, let your marks reflect on me daily and your grace be with my spirit (Gal. 6:17-18).
  20. I bless you for your forgiveness and for renewing my youth as an eagle’s (Ps. 103:1-5).
  21. Spirit of God, prepare me while I live to incorruption, glory, and power (1 Cor. 15:39-44).
  22. Lord. thank you for living in my heart by faith and the root of love in my heart (Eph. 3:16-19).
  23. Lord, fill my heart with humility. Instruct and transform my mind to be like yours. Let me be meek like Jesus was (Matt. 11:29; Phil. 2:5-11; 1 Cor. 2:16; 2 Cor. 10:1; 1 Peter 2:23).
  24. Worship God in the Spirit for fifteen to twenty minutes and journal what the Lord tells you!

Call to Worship: Psalm 138:1-8

1I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. 3 In the day when I cried, thou answeredst me, and strengtheneth me with strength in my soul.4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear the words of thy mouth. 5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord. 6 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respects unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off. 7 Though I walk amid trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. 8 The Lord will perfect that which concerns me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

Prayer of Thanksgiving and Worship: Psalm 148:1-14

Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights. 2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. 3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. 4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. 5 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created. 6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass. 7 Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: 8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word: 9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: 10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl: 11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: 12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: 13 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the Lord.

HEALTH ARTICLE – 13: My Hugiano Diet Tray

Wednesday, November 1, 2023 by Joseph Agbi Leave a Comment

Each Family should have a family diet plan.

The goal I have for my family called the “Family Diet” or Hugiano Diet Tray would be: whole Grains, Legumes, Vegetables, Raw Nuts, Vegetables, Raw Seeds, and Fruits. These constitutes 80% of our calories intake.

Cooked Fish and Poultry is 10% while cooked lean meat is 1%, which I rarely eat. The other 9% calories intake would come from raw seeds and raw nuts (5%), fats and oils from veggies (3%), soy milk and yogurt dairies (1%). As we age and monitor our general well-being and medical data such as cholesterol levels, we could become more radical and move towards the perfect Genesis Diet outlined in Go Natural.

This is our health plan which we have started on, mine being more radical. For example, we now stock our fruit and veggies tray on the counter for everyone to pick as they pass by making us to be less hungry before our major meals. I keep a plate of it in my office and even in my car keeping me from visiting fast foods restaurant during my afternoon commutes in the city. I am still working on drinking the right amount of fluids to cleanse my system because of the frequency of urination that had troubled me in the past.

Personally I hope to reduce my beef consumption to near zero, or monthly only edible sparingly at home or at social events. I have substituted regular dairy product with soy milk (although my other family members sometimes use lactose-free milk). In all these changes, I first experiment them on myself for a week or two and then explain to them the benefits I am getting from them. They usually follow my advice and thereafter we are all on board.

My modified Family Diet tray (or “Dunamis-Hugiano Diet” tray for a healthy lifestyle) in calorific terms based on the Genesis Diet and Meat Diet (Gen. 1:28-29; 4:4; 1 Tim. 4:4-5; Col. 2:16).

  1. Fruits 10%
  2. Vegetables 30%
  3. Legumes 20%
  4. Whole Grains 20%
  5. Raw Seeds 2%
  6. Raw Nuts 3%
  7. Veggie Oil including Butter 3%
  8. Soy Milk/Yogurt 1%
  9. Fish/Poultry 10%
  10. Meat 1%
  11. Total 100%

You need to design your own family diet plan in line with the Genesis diet. Pray and ask God to give you ideas for a healthy food plan which greatly affects your daily lifestyle.

Is Milk a Necessity for Children?

Wednesday, March 20, 2019 by Joseph Agbi Leave a Comment

1 Peter 2:1-3 (AKJV)

1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speaking’s, 2 as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 3 if so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

I would say everyone living today was once a child. No one was born an adult. Well, Adam and his wife Eve, from bible records were made as full-grown man and woman.

Since we were all children at one time or the other, there was need for us to drink milk.

I have never heard of anyone who said that he is a father to God, or brother or sister to God, or even god-father to God. Everyone who is a Christian is only a child of God irrespective of age, race or gender.

 What is milk to children?

Milk is sustenance to children. Milk is their food and it keeps them alive and growing. Children have this natural desire and instinct to drink milk. They cry for it and the parent recognizes the fact that they are hungry and takes care of that need. I also know that children cry for different needs, but the most important of all is for food, and thereby sustenance.

Our milk as children of God is the word of God. Do I have that desire for God’s word? Do you have that desire for God’s word? Do you see God’s words as sustenance for your life?

Milk is like the manna God gave to the children of Israel as they journeyed through the wilderness to the Promised Land. They were sustained by God.

As we eat physical food to sustain our physical bodies, we also need spiritual food for our spiritual growth and sustenance.

When we starve our spiritual being, we are going to suffer from spiritual kwashiorkor. We would know very little about our father God and have less of His virtues.

How do we drink the milk of His word?

Jesus said’ man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from his mouth’.

We obtain the milk of God’s word by going to our Father. Open his word he has given to us, the bible and allow the Spirit of God to direct you and illuminate scriptures to you as you study.

 Excuses

Do we have excuses of no time or we are too busy with other affairs of life? Let us not be like the rich fool in the bible who said he wanted to break down barns and build bigger barns, and yet not rich towards God. We should realize that all we have and all we are belongs to him. So my friend, take time out of your busy schedule and have an alone time with your father, God, who is the creator of the heavens and the earth.

God bless you.

DEC. 31 2018/2019 NEW YEAR PRAYERS

Monday, December 31, 2018 by Joseph Agbi Leave a Comment

2019 THEME:

Retaining the Hid Treasures of Wisdom and Knowledge of Christ [Col. 2:3]

[aka Know the love of Christ…… filled with all the fullness of God: Eph. 3:19]

Isaiah 55: 9-11 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Psalm 36:7-10 How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

Col. 2:3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Eph. 5:17 (NASB, NIV)  So, then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Eph. 3:16-19 That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;  And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Mon Dec. 31 2018 – Tues Jan. 1, 2019 (New Year worship/thanksgiving/prayers)

All the prayers should be prayed in Jesus name. Also cleanse yourself regularly with the blood of Jesus.

Celebrating the divine exchange of Christ on the Cross

Recite and thank God for each of these victories Christ obtained on the cross for us & thank Him for it daily:

  3. He was made sin with our sinfulness that we might become righteous with His righteousness (2 Cor. 5:21)
  4. He became our wisdom, power, redemption, sanctification (1 Cor. 1:24, 30)
  5. Jesus died our death that we might share His life and Spirit (Rom. 6:23; Rom. 8:1-4)
  6. He became poor with our poverty that we might be rich with His riches (Eph. 1:3; 2 Cor. 8:9)
  7. Jesus bore our shame that we might share His glory (Rom. 8:17; Heb. 12:1-2; 1 Peter 4:13)
  8. He endured our rejection that we might have His acceptance as children of God (Matt. 27:46; Eph. 1:5-6)
  9. Jesus became a curse for us that we might receive His blessings (Gal. 3:13-14)
